Fether Slingerland

It is our pleasure to write a letter of recommendation for our real estate agent Fether Slingerland. From our experiences with her we have found her to be ultimately professional while always maintaining a pleasant, honest and intelligent approach to real estate. We feel very lucky to have had Fether as our representative in our search for a home in San Diego. Her experience and knowledge of the San Diego County real estate market surpassed our expectations. We also found her to be extremely organized and efficient and an excellent agent and representative for us.  As an added bonus, it was always a pleasure spending time with her and we genuinely enjoyed her sense of humor and warm demeanor.

We found Fether very quick to understand our needs and incorporate them into her approach. She was available, attentive and worked extremely hard on our behalf, always making us feel that we were a top priority. 

Since we currently live in Florida, it was even more challenging for us to buy a home long distance. To her credit, Fether stuck by us, made it her job to understand our needs and never wasted our time by asking us to travel to see a property unless she genuinely felt that it had potential. We believe that if it wasn’t for Fether’s dedication we might not have been able to find a home in San Diego while living so far away. We were very choosy buyers and it took awhile before the right property for the right price came on the market and Fether negotiated a very good final price for us. All through that time, Fether kept us regularly updated on the current real estate market. We are grateful and appreciate all of her efforts.  Because of her many special qualities, we have come to view Fether as not just our real estate agent, but also a personal friend. 

Due to Fether’s commitment, sincerity and continued efforts on our behalf, we will not hesitate to call upon her for our future real estate needs and recommend her to anyone who may be looking for a real estate agent themselves.
