Fether Slingerland

I have known Fether and appreciated her expertise since 1997 when she found and helped us buy exactly the home we wanted in Cardiff at a price we considered fair. We thoroughly enjoyed that home until early in 2001 when my wife’s deteriorating health dictated a move closer to Scripps Memorial hospital where her health professionals practiced. 
Then Fether promptly found us a good buyer at a substantial profit.  She also located a charming view condo in La Jolla to replace the Cardiff property. Both deals went through promptly and without flaw as we had learned to expect when Fether held the reins. 

Then in late 2002 my wife lost her final battle with illness and I decided that it was time to move on once again. Naturally I called for my friend and favorite realtor, Fether Slingerland to sell the La Jolla property and find  something suitable in Encinitas much closer to my favorite golf course. As usual she accomplished both objectives with her customary efficiency to my complete satisfaction.

I really don’t plan to move again but if and when I do, I’ll be on the phone to Fether quick as a wink.
